ORGANIZER NOTEBOOK
Here are some tips to help you organize and manage your work, hobby, and other important activities. Keep them well organized for an effective output!
Step 1
What to prepare:
A notebook and a pen to organize your life events.
I coach local sports teams on the weekends. I chose a Campus notebook so I can color-code by age groups / classes, and manage of my coaching work. I use markers and sticky notes to review for the next session.
Step 2
Decide on the layout:
For a coaching notebook, I listed some information to take notes on.
- Date and weather
- Activities and practices
- Refelections on coaching/player performances
- Improvements and ideas for the next session
- Team goals and coaching goals
Step 3
After each activity, I fill in the list with notes and review them before the next meeting. I make sure to note...

- My own goals for coaching (for my motivation)
